Temppeliaukio Church is open for visitors from Monday to Saturday during the first part of 2021

Temppeliaukio Church is open for visitors from Monday to Saturday, from Epiphany in the beginning of January till the end of March.

Temppeliaukio Church, located in the town district of Etu-Töölö in Helsinki, is open for visitors from Monday to Saturday starting at Epiphany. The new opening hours are valid from week one of the new year till the end of March 2021.

– Sundays will from now on be reserved for Communion Services and other church ceremonies, says the vicar of Töölö Parish, Hannu Ronimus.

Töölö Parish will assess the situation anew in March, taking the pandemic situation and the changes in the travel industry into consideration. During the Christmas season Temppeliaukio Church is open daily and the exact opening hours are regularly updated on the church´s homepage temppeliaukionkirkko.fi/en.

Temppeliaukio Church is one of the most popular sights in Finland, the most visited indoor sight in Finland and one of the internationally most well-known architectural gems in Finland. In 2019 Temppeliaukio Church had almost one million visitors.
