The Helsinki Parishes’ family counselling team is here to help you in issues and crises related to family and couple relationships. Our primary concern is children’s welfare. The team consists of professionally trained and experienced counsellors and psychotherapists. We offer appointments for couples, families and individuals as well as group meetings around different themes. All conversations are confidential and free of charge. We work mainly in Finnish and Swedish; some appointments are available also in English.

The service is available for residents of Helsinki. To place yourself in the queue for our appointments, please call 09 2340 2555 (Monday–Friday 9–12). All the appointments are during office hours. As the number of requests is larger than the number of available slots, we regret that we cannot guarantee an appointment for all callers.
